Google Music App For iOS Is Now Available In The U S
Google has announced its Google music - HTML 5 iOS optimized web app - for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. And it’s currently just a beta and only available in the US.
The app is great and has a lot of feature although it’s only a playback app and doesn’t allow managing or uploading any content. You surely can browse your music by artist, album, genre or playlist. You can access your account –if you have one- through this web app.
The app feels very basic, even a bit clunky. Swiping between menus stuttered a lot when we tried it and songs took a long time to start streaming, even over Wi-Fi. Plus, you cant listen cache your songs and listen to them offline.
