Why should you use Safely Remove Hardware icon

http://main.makeuseoflimited.netdna-cdn.com/tech-fun/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/usbremove.jpg?54b313
Once imagine like this!!
Dont worry, not exactly will happen. But may be your USB feels like this.

There are some reasons why you should use Safely Remove Hardware icon to unplug your USB device -

1. If it is a mass storage USB device like flash memory or a hard disk, especially in an external enclosure, just pulling the plug could render the device unusable and data loss can follow if there is still some data in a cache waiting to be written to the device. By using the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon it ensures that all caches are flushed and the device is in a sleep state and any tasks assigned to it is completed.

2. Another reason why you should use the “safely remove hardware icon” is that in a USB port, there is a current running through it to your connected device when its in use. So if you just pull out the USB device without the “Safely Remove Hardware ” icon the power shock caused by unplugging your device with a current running through it can corrupt it’s data. Using the “safely remove hardware icon” tells Windows to turn off the power to the USB device and then tells you that it is safe to remove the device.

So dont need to attend rumours that it is not necessary to use safely remove hardware icon and it doesnt matter. Its your device, you have to protect it.

iOS 4 3 1 bb prevention new TinyUmbrella you

First off I want to congratulate @i0n1c on his magic. Great job bud!

One question Ive been getting quite often is "Will TinyUmbrella prevent iPhone 4 baseband updates for X version?" The simple answer to this question is: Yes. TinyUmbrella will, as far as I can tell, ALWAYS prevent iPhone baseband updates for the iPhone 4 GSM. This is due to a flaw in the way Apple tried preventing unauthorized baseband installs. They introduced a baseband shsh but unwittingly (or on purpose I dont know for sure) put into place a means for us to restore a firmware and prevent the bb update by merely ignoring the bb shsh request.

Now, that said, iOS 4.3.1 seems to have some kind of incompatibilities (the only notable one was mentioned by @musclenerd warning ultrasn0w unlockers to wait until a fix is pushed for 4.3.1 problems). This is likely why those of you that updated to 4.3.1 using TinyUmbrella are seeing oddities ie. One signal bar wherever you go. Hopefully, the incompatibility can be patched in the iOS layer allowing those of us that do not rely on unlocks to keep the old baseband as we all usually prefer :)

Hackers to Destroy Facebook on November 5th What Should You Do

Anonymous, the online hackers group has announced very dangerous news, the hacker team intend to make a huge attack on Facebook on November 5th to destroy the biggest social network ever.

Earlier this year, founder of Wikileaks Julian Assange mentioned in an interview with Russia Today that Facebook is the most appalling spy machine that has ever been invented. Thats exactly what the hackers believe on and this is the reason behind the upcoming big attack.
Attention citizens of the world,

We wish to get your attention, hoping you heed the warnings as follows:
Your medium of communication you all so dearly adore will be destroyed. If you are a willing hacktivist or a guy who just wants to protect the freedom of information then join the cause and kill facebook for the sake of your own privacy.

Facebook has been selling information to government agencies and giving clandestine access to information security firms so that they can spy on people from all around the world. Some of these so-called whitehat infosec firms are working for authoritarian governments, such as those of Egypt and Syria.

Everything you do on Facebook stays on Facebook regardless of your "privacy" settings, and deleting your account is impossible, even if you "delete" your account, all your personal info stays on Facebook and can be recovered at any time. Changing the privacy settings to make your Facebook account more "private" is also a delusion. Facebook knows more about you than your family. http://www.physorg.com/news170614271.htmlhttp://itgrunts.com/2010/10/07/facebook-steals-numbers-and-data-from-your-iph….

You cannot hide from the reality in which you, the people of the internet, live in. Facebook is the opposite of the Antisec cause. You are not safe from them nor from any government. One day you will look back on this and realise what we have done here is right, you will thank the rulers of the internet, we are not harming you but saving you.

The riots are underway. It is not a battle over the future of privacy and publicity. It is a battle for choice and informed consent. It’s unfolding because people are being raped, tickled, molested, and confused into doing things where they don’t understand the consequences. Facebook keeps saying that it gives users choices, but that is completely false. It gives users the illusion of and hides the details away from them "for their own good" while they then make millions off of you. When a service is "free," it really means they’re making money off of you and your information.

Think for a while and prepare for a day that will go down in history. November 5 2011, #opfacebook . Engaged.
This is our world now. We exist without nationality, without religious bias. We have the right to not be surveilled, not be stalked, and not be used for profit. We have the right to not live as slaves.

We are anonymous
We are legion
We do not forgive
We do not forget
Expect us

What Should you do now ?

Actually we cant confirm this kind of news until we see it live. But anyway you have to make preventive action to save your contacts, images, notes, statuses, tags and more in few simple steps .

Step 1 : Open your Facebook account then go to Account > Account Settings

Step 2: Click on Download a Copy.

Step 3: Facebook will send you an email within few ours.

Step 4: Once you recevied this email, repeat step 1 and 2, you will find the below page, enter your password and download all your data.

UPDATE: Anonymous hackers team has announced through their Twitter account that the attack on Facebook will be done via only some of Anonymous members and not all of Anonymous agree with this attack.
OpFacebook is being organised by some Anons. This does not necessarily mean that all of #Anonymous agrees with it.
